If you're not sure where your scripts folder is, you can check by opening GIMP and going to Start Button-> Computer-> C Drive-> Program Files or Program Files (x86) -> GIMP- 2.0 -> share -> gimp -> 2.0 -> Scripts. If more than one folder is shown, then any one of them will work. (I just saved it with the other .scm files.)"
